Pack 11 ( http://android9patch.blogspot.com/2011/08/android-9-patch-pack-11-19-hues-x-3.html ) contains few buttons with 3 states, but this might not fit everyone's need.
Pack 7 ( http://android9patch.blogspot.com/2011/08/android-9-patch-pack-7-large-gradients.html )has some nice buttons too that could be adapted with 2 more states.
This is a great collection of 9 patch images. I request you to publish a set similar to android 9 patch - pack 14 - Button with 9 different HUES but without black border and add rounded corners.
